Mike Chapman

Mr. Chapman is an experienced economist and publishing executive. He spent 18 years at the Economist Group; ten years as an analyst and editor in the London office, and eight years as the Editor-in-Chief and Executive Producer in the company's New York-based electronic publishing division. During this period, Mr. Chapman worked with a specialist team to transform the print business of the Economist Intelligence Unit into a global, online business intelligence service. As well as helping set and implement the company's strategy, running electronic editorial and all of the company's product development, he helped set up a new custom research division, which became a key driver of growth for the company. Mr. Chapman has an MSC in Economics from London University.

Laura brings to the role 20 years of experience in brand management, product management, and strategic consulting. Prior to joining Digitas in 1999, Laura was president of Marketing Corporation of America, providing strategic consulting services to clients in the retail, electronics and information, entertainment, travel, and gaming industries. Previously, she was a senior vice president/group manager at Yankelovich Clancy Shulman. Before becoming a consultant, Laura worked in product and brand management at Bristol Myers, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and the Quaker Oats Company. A summa cum laude graduate of Tufts University, Laura holds an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

Nick Law

Babs Rangaiah is responsible for media planning across all Unilever brands in the U.S. In the past year, he has overseen media for several highly innovative campaigns for Dove (recently named "CPG Marketer of the year" by Mediapost), including the Dove Night "webisodes", Dove Super Bowl and the Dove Cream Oil consumer-generated ad contest culminating at the Oscars. In addition, Babs has recently led several key media initiatives in the branded entertainment, digital and Hispanic marketing space for several other Unilever brands as well. Prior to joining Unilever, Babs spent 3 ½ years as the Vice President of Media for the interactive firm AGENCY.COM and several years in traditional media planning at DMB&B, most recently as Vice President, AMD. Over the course of his career, he has worked with Procter & Gamble, JP Morgan, Discovery Networks, Merck and Burger King. Babs currently resides in Scarsdale, NY with his wife Amanda and his three amazing children: Ryan (9), Sophia (7) & Jack (5). He coaches each of their Little League teams in his spare time.

She has produced a number of solutions for Sony, Microsoft, GSN, General Motors, Reebok, Nautica and Park Place Entertainment among others. Prior to serving as Director of the Lab, Lori served as the interactive/new media producer at McCann Worldgroup, providing interactive expertise for the agency's Los Angeles client base. She worked with clients to create original content solutions across multiple channels. Lori also facilitated partnerships with entertainment, sports and other content providers, and served as the agency representative on all issues pertaining to emerging media. An active member of the marketing and entertainment industries, Lori has led a project for the American Film Institute's Digital Content Lab and also serves on the Board of Governors for the Producers Guild of America's New Media Council and has recently joined the foundation board for Women in Film. She is an executive committee member of the Interactive Peer Group for the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and participates in a number of advanced advertising standardizations groups. When she is not working with clients, Lori can be found on stage in Hollywood performing with a number of improvisational comedy theaters.
